Holidays and Restricted Holidays

  • Holiday List can be defined for Location or Department or Division or Process, etc.
  • Restricted Holiday List feature, enabling employee to choose holidays relevant to their needs

Leave Transactions

  • Leave crediting is done automatically based on Leave policy
  • Crediting can be done monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. For new employees, crediting can be done daily.
  • Facility to track all leave taken by the employee. Auto calculation of leave days based on leave policy, clubbing, covering, holiday lists, etc.
  • Facility to cancel any Leave transactions
  • Facility to lapse Leaves - either automatically or manually
  • Facility to track all Leave Encashment transactions
  • Loss of Pay Leaves can be linked to Payroll for automatic deduction in salary
  • Facility to apply for and approve Leave online using the Employee Self Service modules

 

Year-end Processing

  • Define which leave can be carried-forward, how much to be carried forward, etc.
  • Define how much to lapse, how much to transfer to other Leave Types

Online Leave Workflow

  • Employee can see his entire Leave information online. On-demand - anywhere, anytime
  • Employee can apply for Leave online. All relevant rules are checked and number of days informed
  • Leave applications forward to Manager for approval
  • Facility to Manager to review Leave application and either approve or reject Leave application
  • Employee, Manager and HR all linked via email
  • Facility to apply for Leave Credit, Leave Cancellation and Leave Encashment available online
