Is the free version really free? Why?
Yes, the free version is free as long as you want to use it. The freemium concept is a standard way of doing business online and we are just following this trend. We aim to gain your trust and confidence with our free offering and hopefully convert you to a loyal, paying customer.
By the way, the free version is a much better way to manage your monthly payroll when compared to doing it with an Excel spreadsheet.
What does PEPM mean?
PEPM stands for Per Employee Per Month.
How does 30-day free trial work?
You sign-up to a plan and start using the software. If you like the service, you start paying from the next month onwards. If not, you could request for a free account (with limited features). Or, if you are not interested at all, the account is automatically deactivated and you will not pay anything.
Can I switch plans in the middle of a billing period?
Yes, you can switch your plan in the middle of a billing period (limited to once per period). The billing will be pro-rated based on the effective date of the new plan. You can also change the plan to be effective from the next billing period.
