What does PEPM mean?

PEPM stands for Per Employee Per Month.

How does 30-day free trial work?

You sign-up to a plan and start using the software. If you like the service, you start paying for it. If not, the account is deactivated.

Can I switch plans in the middle of a billing period?

Yes, you can switch your plan in the middle of a billing period (limited to once per period). The billing will be pro-rated based on the effective date of the new plan. You can also change the plan to be effective from the next billing period.
