At Greytip, we have taken all reasonable and commercially available measures to ensure the best security for our applications.

Physical & Network Security
- Hardware is located at state-of-the-art datacenters provided by Netmagic Solutions, an ISO 27001 certified and SAS 70 Audit (Type II) compliant service provider.
- Physical security provided at the Data Center like Biometric Access, Surveillance Cameras, Photo Id card, etc.
- Network level security consisting of Robust Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems and Anti Virus Software.
- Server and OS Hardening done as part of IDC installation by Netmagic.
- Dedicated Personnel at the NOC ensuring 24 x 7 monitoring.
- We also host our service on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2).
Application Security
- All communication between your browser and the Greytip Online server is encrypted using high grade 256 bit SSL encryption.
- Application built ground-up for SaaS usage with multi-tenancy architecture.
- Separate and distinct sub-domains for each customer.
- Facility to configure comprehensive user and password policies.
- Systematic handling of all web application vulnerabilities like access level checking, URL Copying, SQL Injection, XSS, etc.
- Routine, professional vulnerability scanning by WatchMouse for more than 15,000+ known vulnerabilities.
